ENVIRONMENTAL, QUALITY AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

- Perform a Diagnosis to evaluate the procedures and practices existing in the company using the selected normative document as a reference.
2. Establish a Work Program, in which the actions to be taken to implement the Quality Management System, OHS and / or Environmental are defined, the respective priorities, the implementation schedule, the means to be made available and the responsibility for their implementation. concretization.
3. Identify the Awareness / Training Actions in the scope of quality, safety, hygiene and health at work and / or the environment, necessary to fit Human Resources in the implementation and development of the Quality Management System, OHS and / or Environmental.
4. Coordinate the actions associated with the implementation of the Quality Management System, OSH and / or Environmental in the company, defining and guiding the concrete actions to be carried out, working as a dynamizing element of the System's implementation process.
5. Collaborate in the preparation of procedures and other documents necessary for the implementation of the Quality Management System, SST and / or Environmental and the elaboration of the respective Manual and associated documents, such as P.E.I. (Internal Emergency Plan), providing the necessary support to internal resources equally involved in such activities.
6. Evaluate and review the Quality Management System, OSH and / or Environmental after implementation, through Internal Quality, OSH and / or Environmental Audits.
7. Prepare the certification process instruction.
